EYE MUSIC, VOL. 1Each PIECE OF MUSIC ON her album of miniatures for solo piano, EMV1 (EYE MUSIC VOL. I), was composed through the design of A GRAPHIC SCORE celebrating the beauty of the written music tradition. With graphite, colored pencil, watercolor, and pastel, she meticulously hand-draws the scores of the music she composes in whimsical shapes like Saturn’s rings, noodles wrapped around a giant spork, and a shooting star. Each visual artwork is embedded with NFC tech, allowing the viewer to listen to the music they’re looking at. Her vision is to foster playfulness and accessibility in classical music and bring the concert hall into the warmth of the home.
DAYDREAM, HONEYCHAIX wrote, recorded, orchestrated, and FULLY produced her debut album DAYDREAM, HONEY in her living room in Los Angeles. IT IS THE FIRST ALBUM IN A TRILOGY COMPRISED OF 32 HIGHLY PERSONAL SONGS WITH musical influences THAT span from the romance of Ravel and the Great American Songbook to the cinematic storytelling of Hans Zimmer and Alan Menken.
